HS Matrimony Portal

The HS Matrimony Portal (“the Portal”) is a private, invitation-only tool operated by LogicworxAI for HS Matrimony, a matchmaking service based in Lahore, Pakistan. It is not a public service and cannot be signed up for.
Access is restricted to an approved list of people: HS Matrimony’s proprietor, her staff, and specific matchmakers in her professional network. Signing in with an email address that an administrator has not approved does not grant access to any data.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture. We use these only to identify you within the Portal and to display your name and picture in the interface. If you sign in with an emailed link instead, we receive only your email address. We never receive your Google password.
We request only the basic openid, email and profile scopes. We do not request or receive access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.
We also record sign-in activity — the time, IP address, and browser user-agent — so that administrators can detect unauthorised access and revoke sessions.
The Portal displays matrimonial profile information that other matchmakers have posted in WhatsApp groups of which HS Matrimony is a member. That information is processed to remove duplicates and to compare it against the stated preferences of HS Matrimony’s clients. The Portal does not send messages and does not contact anyone automatically; every outgoing message is written and sent manually by a person.
Information in the Portal is used solely to operate HS Matrimony’s matchmaking service. We do not sell it, rent it, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine learning models. It is not shared with third parties other than the infrastructure providers required to run the service — our server hosting provider and our email provider.
Data is stored on a private server operated by LogicworxAI and is reachable only by approved Portal users and the administrators who maintain the system. All connections to the Portal are encrypted using HTTPS.
If you are a Portal user and want your account and sign-in records deleted, or if you believe profile information about you is held in the Portal and you want it removed, email us at the address below and we will action it.
